Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zejména analyzovat úpravu kontraktačního procesu s včleněnými obchodními podmínkami v prostředí Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to analyze the regulation of contract conclusion via business terms and conditions attached to them within the framework of the United Nations Convention for Contracts on the International Sale of Goods.
