Vo svojej praci som sa zameral na problematiku sociálnej starostlivosti v Českej republike a jej porovnanie so štátmi EU ako sú Nemecko, Veľká Britania a Slovensko. Tuto problematiku som rozdelil do 8 kapitol. V prvej kapitole ktorá je nazvaná úvod píšem úvodne slova k tejto problematike.
