Abstract:

Tato kvantitativní diplomová práce zkoumá vliv jednotlivých situací, které se vyskytují při propouštění pacienta z nemocnice do následné domácí péče, na informovanost pacienta a jeho neformálního pečujícího v oblasti zdravotní, sociální a finanční. Práce se dále snaží najít přijatelnou podobu předávaných informací, které by mohly být přínosné pro pacienty a jejich pečující. Výzkumná metodologie zahrnuje sběr dat pomocí dotazníkového šetření a následné statistické zpracování dat. Výsledky této práce by mohly přispět k vytvoření lepších podmínek pro informování pacientů a jejich pečujících v oblasti zdravotní, sociální a finanční a tím i ke zlepšení kvality péče v následné domácí péči.

Abstract:

This quantitative thesis examines the impact of individual situations that arise when a patient is discharged from the hospital to subsequent home care on the information provided to the patient and their informal caregiver in the areas of health, social, and financial support. The thesis also seeks to identify an acceptable form of information dissemination that could benefit patients and their caregivers. The research methodology involves data collection using a questionnaire survey and subsequent statistical data analysis. The results of this thesis could contribute to the creation of better conditions for informing patients and their caregivers in the areas of health, social, and financial support, and thus, improve the quality of care in subsequent home care.
