Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce na téma "Územní plán v kontextu práva" srovnává právní úpravu obsaženou v zákoně č.50/1976 Sb., s právní úpravou obsaženou v zákoně 183/2006 Sb., z pohledu pořizování územně plánovací dokumentace a působnosti krajského úřadu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis discusion about "Land Plan in the Legal Context" reconciliation law make up for legal preparation land planning contained in law No. 50/1976 about land planning and building range with land 183/2006. This legal preparation from data producer land planing documentation and site planning regional authorities.
