Abstract:

Tato práce řeší problém tepelného zpracování niklových plechů (FeNi) a závislost struktury a mechanických vlastností na teplotě zpracování. Pro řešení tohoto problému byly zvoleny metody: zkoumání struktury (leptané) pod mikroskopem, zkouška tahem, zkouška tvrdosti, měření velikosti zrna. Na závěr práce byly vytvořeny grafy, které shrnují jednotlivé závislosti naměřených hodnot. Na základě zjištěných hodnot je možné podle požadavků zákazníka zvolit optimální výrobní proces, který zajistí nejvhodnější výstupní strukturu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis solves the problem of thermal processing nickel sheet (females) and the dependence of the structure and mechanical properties on temperature processing. To solve this problem were chosen methods: studying the structure (etched) under the microscope, tensile test, hardness test, measuring grain size. Finally, the bachelor's thesis was created charts that summarize individual dependence of the measured values. Based on the obtained values is possible according to the requirements of the customer to choose the optimum manufacturing process to ensure the best output structure.
