Abstract:
Bakalářská práce analyzuje jeden z aspektů retribučního soudnictví poválečného Československa. Pozornost je věnována zákonným normám na území českých zemí a jejich uplatňování v praxi, zejména tzv. malému retribučnímu dekretu. Abstract:
The bachelor work analyses one of the aspects of retribution justice of the Czechoslovakian post-war era. It pays attention to the legal norms in Czech countries and to their practical exercise especially to the small retribution decree.
