Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem rozdílné exprese mRNA v buňkách lymfatických uzlin pacientů s nejčastějšími druhy ne-Hodgkinových lymfomů (difúzní velkobuněčný lymfom DLBCL, folikulární lymfom FL, Burkittův lymfom BL, lymfom plášťové zóny MCL), buněčných linií FL a BL a nemaligní lymfatické tkáně. Abstract:
This master’s thesis deals with study of mRNA expression profiles in cells from lymphatic nodes from patients with most common types of non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphomas (diffuse large B-cell lymphoma DLBCL, follicular lymphoma FL, Burkitt lymphoma BL, mantle cell lymphoma MCL), FL and BL cell lines and non-malignant lymphatic tissue.
