Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním Loci metody pro použití při konsekutivním tlumočení u začínajících tlumočníků. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení a popis Loci metody, paměti, Effort modelu od Daniela Gilea, stručně popisuje problematiku konsekutivního tlumočení, notace a zmiňuje další tlumočnická cvičení.
