Studies of polyesters degradation with a view to polycaprolactone

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této práce bylo testování degradace vybraných nanovlákenných vrstev polyesterů pomocí enzymů. Součástí experimentů je optimalizace postupu testovací metody. V teoretické části jsou popsány stručné charakteristiky materiálů, které mají v lékařství široké použití. Dále se tato práce zabývá poznatky z oblasti výroby nanovlákenných vrstev pomocí elektrostatického zvlákňování a různými metodami testování degradace polymerů. Další část tvoří popis fyzikálních, chemických a dalších jevů, které mají vliv na samotnou degradaci. Jednotlivé výsledky jsou v praktické části průběžně zaznamenány do tabulek a grafů a doplněny snímky z elektronového mikroskopu. V samotném závěru jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky práce, které ukazují jakým způsobem je ovlivněna degradace polymerů za určitých podmínek v přítomnosti enzymů.

Abstract:

The main aim of this thesis was testing of degradation of chosen nanofiber materials by the help of enzymes. The experiments include optimalization of progression testing methods. There are discribed characteristic materials in theoretic parts of this thesis which are mainly used in the medicine. This work deals furthermore of knowledges from areas production of nanofibre materials by the help of electrostatic spinning as well as by various methods testing of degradation. There are described various phenomena like physical, chemical and others which influence himself degradation. Individual results are continually recorded to the tables and graphs and suplemented by photos from electron microscope. All results are evaluated in the end of the work which explain the way of polymer degradation is influenced by definite conditions in the presence of enzymes.
