Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení a popsání základních prvků právnické angličtiny z hlediska jazyka a stylu. Práce se zabývá taktéž právním překladem jak z teoretického, tak praktického hlediska. Stěžejní částí práce je překlad obchodní smlouvy z angličtiny do češtiny včetně analýzy zdrojového textu a překladatelského komentáře.
