The Influence of Energy Demands / Efficiency Building to its Valuation
Abstract:
Energetická náročnost budov a podklady s ní spojené. Energeticky úsporné typy budov. Členění stavebních a technických opatření budov sloužících k zlepšení energetické úspornosti. Průzkum realitního trhu zkoumající vliv energetických podkladů na ocenění nemovitosti. Poměr cen energetických úprav nemovitosti ku návratnosti vložených investic.
Abstract:
Building energy demands and materials connected to it. Different kinds of energy efficiency buildings. Sorting construction and technical procuration of buildings serving for improvement energy efficiency. Research of real estate market finding out the influence of energy efficiency materials on building valuation. Ratio of prices energetic modification real estate and return on investment.
