Abstract:

Tématem této práce je využití práce s hlubokým stabilizačním systémem páteře při vertebrogenním algickém syndromu bederní páteře. V části teoretické jsou informace o vertebrogenním algickém syndromu, současném stavu, příčinách jeho vzniku, terapii a prevenci. Také je zde popsán hluboký stabilizační systém páteře, jeho složení, význam, funkce a možnosti jeho ovlivnění ve fyzioterapii. Část praktická se zabývá vyšetřením a terapií pacientů s diagnózou vertebrogenní algický syndrom bederní páteře. Výsledky těchto vyšetření a terapie jsou zpracovány a zaznamenány v tabulkách, grafech a kasuistikách dvou pacientů.

Abstract:

The theme of this work is Using of work with The Deep Stabilizing System of the Spine for Low-back pain. In the theoretical part there are the informations about Low back pain, the present situation, the reasons of its inception, therapy and prevention. Also there is described the deep stabilizing systém, its structure, importace, function and possibilities of influence of them in physiotherapy. The practical part is engaged in examination and therapy of patiens with low back pain. The results of examinations and therapy are discribed in tables, graphs and two cases of reports.
