Cílem diplomové práce je provést bezpečnostní audit vybraného vinařství. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku základních pojmů souvisejících s problematikou, popis bezpečnostního auditu a faktorů zvyšujících bezpečnost. The thesis aims to provide a security audit of a chosen wine production facility. The theoretical part contains analysis of basic terms used in this industry, the description of security audit and safety increasing factors.
