Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na cenový vývoj rezidenčního trhu v České republice v období 2000 – 2017 se zaměřením na realitní trhy v Praze a Zlínském kraji. Tento vývoj je analyzován pomocí komparace s vývojem fundamentálních faktorů strany poptávky a nabídky na trhu s bytovými nemovitostmi. The diploma thesis is focused on the price development of the residential market in the Czech Republic between 2000 and 2017 specially on the real estate markets in Prague and Zlín region. This development is analyzed by comparison with the fundamental factors of demand and supply side of the real estate market.
