Political conflict in Kosovo

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou regionální konflikty, jejich struktura, příčiny, podmínky vzniku a vývoje a jsou zde uvedeny typy těchto konfliktů. Jako příklad posloužila bývalá Jugoslávie, v historických souvislostech je představený konflikt v Kosovu, jedna z nejkrvavějších, které se na tomto území odehrály, a je zde zmíněno, že se jedná o konflikt mezietnický, který má rovněž náboženský základ. Prostřednictvím procesu rozpadu Jugoslávie je v této práci představeno nebezpečí, kterým mohou být mezietnické konflikty v případě, že nejsou účinně a včas řešené, a jak nestálá může být v tomto případě federace, i když se jedná o federaci mezi blízkými národy.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is regional conflicts, their structure, causes, conditions of emergence and development, and the types of these conflicts are presented here. The former Yugoslavia was an example, the Kosovo war, one of the bloodiest that took place in that territory, is presented in historical context, and it is mentioned here that it is an inter-ethnic conflict, which also has a religious basis. Through the process of the disintegration of Yugoslavia, this work presents the danger that interethnic conflicts can be if they are not effectively and timely resolved, and how volatile a federation can be in this case, even if it is a federation between close peoples
