Rodina 14-3-3 proteinů je skupina důležitých eukaryotických regulačních proteinů zapojených do mnoha buněčných pochodů. Jsou odpovědny za kontrolu buněčné lokalizace a aktivity velkého množství partnerských proteinů. Abstract:
The 14-3-3 family is a group of important eukaryotic regulatory proteins involved in diverse cellular functions. They control the subcellular localisation and activity of many partner proteins. These binding partners are typically modulated upon specific phosphorylation and subsequent binding of 14-3-3.
