Abstract:

Disertační práce Dostojevského Deník spisovatele v kontextech a konfrontacích. Žánry – témata – motivy – recepce, jež je tvořena sedmi kapitolami, pojednává o pozdním díle ruského spisovatele Fjodora Michajloviče Dostojevského (1821–1881) Deník spisovatele ze čtyř aspektů: žánrového, tematického, motivického a recepčního. Deník spisovatele představuje dílo, kterému v ruském prostředí nebyla věnována stejná pozornost jako Dostojevského románům, obdobně v českém a slovenském prostředí byly více reflektovány dílčí součásti Deníku spisovatele než dílo jako celek. Z hlediska žánru je Deník spisovatele řazen k žánru deníku a žánrovému typu tzv. spisovatelskému deníku. Dílo je zkoumáno v kontextu doby svého vzniku a rovněž v kontextu autorovy osobnosti, současně s tím jsou sledovány poetologické rysy díla. Dále jsou v Deníku spisovatele definovány tři stěžejní tematické okruhy (Rusko a Západ, obraz Petěrburgu, postavy dětí a podoby dětství), specifika literárních žánrů (střední epika a fantastickými rysy, esej, dopis, memoáry a kritická stať) a motivů (motivy živlů, tzv. nahodilé rodiny a snů). Z hlediska recepce je pozornost věnována otázkám recepce v českém a slovenském prostředí.

Abstract:

The dissertation Writer's Diary by Dostoyevsky in the Contexts and Confrontations. Genres – Themes – Motifs – Reception consists of seven chapters. It deals with the Writer's Diary, a late work written by the Russian writer Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoyevsky (1821–1881) and examines it from four aspects: the genre, reception, the thematic aspect and the aspect of motifs. In the Russian milieu, the Writer's Diary failed to receive the same attention as Dostoyevsky's novels while in the Czech and Slovak milieu, only partial components were reflected rather than the work as a whole. Regarding the genre, the Writer's Diary has the form of a diary and the genre type is referred to as a literary diary. The work is examined with view to the period of its creation, the author's personality and the poetological features. The Writer's Diary also defines three principal themes (Russia and the West, the image of St. Petersburg, characters of the children and the form of childhood), specific features of literary genres (tales with fantasy features, essays, letters, memoirs and critical essays) and motifs (motifs of the elements, the so-called random family and the dreams). Regarding the reception, it concentrates on the Czech and Slovak milieu.
