Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem zákazu kouření v soukromých prostorách a zejména vztahem státních zásahů k nedotknutelnosti soukromého vlastnictví. The bachelor thesis engages problem with smoking ban in private places and shows relationship between state regulation and inviolability of private ownership. The thesis shows some possibilities of smoking ban. It tries to show consequence of smoking ban on economical situation of restaurants, pubs and similar businesses.
