Visual Identity of Zlin Design Week Festival

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vytvoriť vizuál festivalu Zlin Design Week, ktorý sa každoročne odohráva v rámci predmetu Komunikačnej agentúry v Zlíne. Ten sa bude zameriavať na šírenie informácií o festivale a o téme univerzálny dizajn, ktorú festival v roku 2022 nesie. Výsledkom by mal byť kompletný vizuál festivalu pre daný rok. V teoretickej časti sa zaoberám čo sú to vizuálne identity a ich vývoj. Priblížim Zlin Design Week, tému festivalu a vytvorím rešerš toho ako fungujú festivaly v zahraničí a postupy pri kreatívnej práci. V praktickej časti sa zameriavam na tvorbu vizuálu, ktorý vytvorím pomocou 3D prvkov a typografie. Neskôr vizuál rozviniem do požadovaných výstupov od začiatku komunikácie až po konanie festivalu.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a visual for the Zlin Design Week festival, which takes place annually as part of the Communication Agency course in Zlín. This will focus on spreading information about the festival and the theme of universal design that the festival carries in 2022. The result should be a complete visual of the festival for that year. In the theoretical part I discuss what visual identities are and their development. I will introduce Zlin Design Week, the theme of the festival and create a research of how festivals work abroad and the practices of creative work. In the practical part I will focus on the creation of the visual identity, which I will create using 3D elements and typography. Later I will develop the visual into the desired deliverables from the beginning of the communication to the end of festival.
