The Use of Pre-Prepared Food for Catering in Crisis Situations of Inhabitants

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce řeší stravování obyvatel a IZS předpřipravenými potravinami v krizové situaci. Cílem bylo sestavit jídelníčky rozdělené dle definovaných skupin civilního obyvatelstva a IZS. Teoretická část popisuje krizové stavy, rozdělení skupin obyvatelstva a IZS. Praktická část byla věnována dostupnosti předpřipravených potravin na českém trhu, jejich skladbě pro civilní obyvatelstvo a IZS, nutričnímu a ekonomickému hodnocení navržených jídelníčků.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the catering of residents and IRS (Integrated Rescue System) with pre-prepared foods in a crisis situation. The aim was to compile menus divided according to defined groups of population (Man and women) and IRS. The theoretical part describes crisis situations, the division of population groups and IRS. The practical part deals with the availability of pre-prepared foods on the Czech market, their composition for the civilian population and IRS, nutritiv and the economic evaluation of the proposed menus.
