Administrative bodies and their role in enforrcement intellectual property rights

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vymezení správních orgánů, které se podílejí na prosazování práv z duševního vlastnictví a rozlišení možností ochran u práv autorských a práv průmyslových. Začátek práce je věnován popisu předmětům duševního vlastnictví, dále jsou v práci identifikovány orgány, které se podílejí na prosazování práv a poslední část teoretické části je věnována způsobům ochrany práv duševního vlastnictví. Druhá část práce je zaměřená na vymezení a porovnání činností vybraných správních orgánů, které se podílejí na prosazování práv. Závěrečnou kapitolu tvoří komparace efektivnosti prostředků, které mají orgány k dispozici.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to define the administrative bodies that participate in the enforcement of intellectual property rights and distinguish the protection options for copyright and industrial rights. The beginning of the work is devoted to the description of intellectual property objects, the work also identifies the bodies that participate in the enforcement of rights, and the last part of the theoretical part is devoted to methods of protecting intellectual property rights. The second part of the work is focused on the definition and comparison of the activities of selected administrative bodies that participate in the enforcement of rights. The final chapter consists of a comparison of the effectiveness of the means available to the authorities.
