Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem metody pro simultánní stanovení olova, železa a hliníku v lišejnících z antarktických oblastí pomocí atomové absorpční spektrometrie s vysokým rozlišením a kontinuálním zdrojem záření využívající grafitovou kyvetu jako atomizátor (HR-CS GFAAS). Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with development of method for simultaneous determination of Pb, Fe and Al in lichens from Antarctic regions using high-resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry with graphite furnace atomizer (HR-CS GFAAS).
