Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá skončením pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnavatele podle zákoníku práce a současně uvádí příklady z praxe a judikaturu, která se k problematice skončení pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnavatele váže.
Abstract:
This thesis analyses the termination of employment by an employer under the Labor Code. Also, it provides practical examples and practices of the courts related to the termination of employment by an employer.
