Abstract:

Řízení zásob je proces optimalizace zásob, nalezení rovnováhy mezi náklady na skladování a cenou za poskytování požadovaných služeb, kterou žádá odběratel. Když je objem zásob příliš vysoký, pak cena služby či výrobku je také vysoká. Když na skladě je málo zásob, pak budou nízké náklady a stejně tak může být ovlivněna i úroveň a kvalita výrobků. Cílem řízení zásob je uspokojit požadavky zákazníka při nízkých nákladech a vysoké kvalitě služby či výrobku. V diplomové práci je zpracováno téma řízení zásob ve výrobním podniku. Nejdříve je analyzován systém fungování řízení zásob, v další části je představena firma Plzeňské dílo, výrobní družstvo a je rozebrán způsob dokumentování a řízení jednotlivých procesů ve firmě. Cílem mé práce bylo potvrdit hypotézu, že výběrem dodavatelů, řízením množství nakupovaných materiálů a pomocí výpočetní technologie lze šetřit náklady. Navrhla jsem řešení pro snížení finančního stavu zásob v Plzeňském díle, v.d., jak pomocí informační techniky zkvalitnit práci ve skladech a navrhla jsem nový systém výběru dodavatelů. Moje návrhy lze aplikovat i pro jiné malé výrobní podniky.

Abstract:

Inventory management is a process of inventory optimizing, finding the balance between the inventory carrying costs and the price for providing the demanded services which the customer request. If the inventory volume is too high then the price of the service or of the product is high too. If there is a low warehouse stock then the costs will be low and the level and the quality of the products can be influenced by the same way. The aim of the inventory management is to meet the customer´s demands together with low costs and high standard of the service or the product. In the dissertation the theme of the inventory management in the manufacturing corporation is being processed. At first the system of the inventory management functioning is analysed, further on the company PD is introduced and the way of documentation and proceedings of the single processes in the company are analysed. I suggested the solution for the reduction of the financial inventory level in PD how to improve the working in stocks with the aid of IT (information technology) and I suggested the new system of the selection of the suppliers. My suggestions can by applied even for the other small manufacturing corporations.
