Needs of women after oncogynaecological surgery in fertile age

Abstract:

Nádorové onemocněni má vliv na všechny aspekty života ženy. Ztráta reprodukční funkce u onkologických pacientek způsobená léčbou je negativním faktorem, který ovlivňuje kvalitu života, psychiku ženy, manželský a partnerský život. Bakálářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje léčbu nádorového onemocnění, možnosti zachování plodnosti u onkogynekologických pacientek, objasňuje předoperační a pooperační ošetřovatelskou péči, všeobecné potřeby a psychické naladění žen po onkogynekologické operaci. Praktická část obsahuje anamnézu, katamnézu, analýzu, interpretaci a závěr. V této části je použita analýza kazuistik vybraných dvou žen, které období po onkogynekologické operaci prožívaly v odlišném věku, následně obě kazuistiky porovnány a zjištěny všechny měnící se potřeby. Kazuistiky byly realizovány pomocí nestrukturovaného rozhovoru v období listopad 2013 až únor 2014. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit jak onkogynekologické operace ovlivní potřeby žen ve fertilním věku, jaké potřeby u těchto žen převažují a jak toto období ženy prožívají.

Abstract:

The neoplastic disease has an influence over all aspects of woman´s life. The loss of reproduction of oncogynaecological patients caused by treatment is a detrimental factor which has an impact of the quality of life, woman´s psyche, partnership and marriage life. The Bachelor´s work contains practical and theoretical parts. The theoretical part describes treatment of neoplastic disease, the possibility of prevailing fertility in the case of oncogynecological patients in a fertile age, it concentrates on their needs after oncogynecological operations. The practical part contains anamnesis, katamnesis, analysis, interpretation and conclusion. There is an analysis of case report in this part. I chose two women, both in a different age, who went through the time after oncogynecological operation. I compared both case interpretations afterwards and found out all their needs. Case interpretations were realized by the means of an unstructured interview int the period between November 2013 and February 2014. The target of my Bachelor´s work was to find out how will oncogynecological operation influence the women´s needs in a fertile age, which needs will prevail and how do women go through in this particular term.
