Abstract:

V bakalářské práci budu řešit problematiku Public Relations mezi gynekologicko-porodnickým oddělením teplické nemocnice a pacientkami, tedy nastávajícími matkami. Ráda bych se zaměřila na pacientky, nastávající matky, a kvalitu pro ně dostupných informací, služeb a možnosti jejich využití, popřípadě možnosti financování. Ráda bych se zúčastnila předporodního kurzu a tak si utvořila vlastní názor na kvalitu předávaných informací. Zpracovávané téma představuje významný přínos v oblasti komunikace s pacienty, rozebere fungování zdravotnického zařízení v závislosti na jeho PR s pacienty a okrajově se podívá i na pacienta jako na zákazníka, který vkládá, to nejcennější na trh, co má, tedy své zdraví. Ke konci své práce bych ještě ráda porovnala gynekologicko-porodnické oddělení Nemocnice Teplice, o.z. a gynekologicko-porodnické oddělení Nemocnice Chomutov, o.z., jakožto dvě podobná zdravotnická zařízení, a jejich PR. Při zpracování vybraného tématu budu shromažďovat dostupné informace o dané nemocnici a jejím všeobecném PR porozumění. Také se podrobněji zaměřím právě na gynekologicko-porodnické oddělení a jeho, jak předporodní, tak i poporodní péči o své pacientky, poskytovaní klasických a nadstandartních služeb, komunikaci s pacientkami i jejich partner. Určitě bych se take ráda zameřila na financování nadstandartních služeb a reklamu formou spnozoringu od farmaceutických firem. Na základě získaných informací o celé problematice, jejich konfrontaci se získanými podklady a dosud všeobecně vnímaným chápáním, bude cílem bakalářské práce navrhnout vhodná doporučení k zlepšení současné situace a lepší informovanosti na základě PR v teplické nemocnici

Abstract:

In the thesis will deal with the issue Public Relations between gynecological and obstetric departments teplické hospitals and patients, thus forthcoming mothers. I would like to focus on the patient, expectant mothers, and the quality of information available to them, the services and how to use them, or financing options. I'd attended the antenatal course and so formed their own opinion about the quality of communications. Processed topic represents a significant contribution in the field of communication with patients, I will analyze the functioning of medical devices depending on the PR patients and marginally also look at the patient as a customer, which is inserted, the most valuable on the market that has, thus your health. At the end of my work, I would still like to compare the gynecological- obstetrical department Hospital Teplice, oz a Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital Chomutov, oz and PR . When processing a selected topic will be collected and analyzed available information on the hospital , its general PR subconscious further detail just focus on gynecological and obstetric departments and both prenatal and postnatal care for their patients, services provided, classic and deluxe, communication with patients and their partners, funding deluxe services and advertising form spnozoring from pharmaceutical companies. Based on the information about the whole issue, their confrontations with the obtained data and still widely perceived understanding, the aim of this thesis suggest suitable recommendations for improvement and better information on the basis of PR in Teplice hospital.
