Analysis of demand for small natural wineries
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou poptávky po malých přírodních vinařstvích. Práce identifikuje postoje laické a odborné veřejnosti k přírodním vínům a komparuje vztah znalců a neznalců přírodních vín k těmto vínům. Na základě zjištěných informací autor navrhuje konkrétní doporučení pro zvýšení poptávky po přírodních vínech.
Abstract:
The bachelor dissertation deals with the analysis of demand for small natural wineries. It identifies the attitudes of lay and professional public towards natural wines and compares experts and non-experts regarding natural wines. Based on the information obtained, author proposes specific recommendations for increasing the demand for natural wines.
