Bakalářská práce se zabývá genetickou mutací genu BRCA 1 a 2. V práci je zahrnuta obecná charakteristika těchto genů, incidence a testování BRCA genů s následným zaměřením na genetické poradenství, rodinnou historii a anamnézu v souvislosti s rodokmeny a jejich významem v problematice genetické dědičnosti a mutace. The bachelor's thesis deals with the genetic mutation of the BRCA 1 and 2 genes. The thesis includes general characteristics of these genes, incidence and testing of BRCA genes with subsequent focus on genetic counseling, family history and anamnesis in connection with pedigrees and their importance in genetic inheritance and mutation.
