Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právy pacienta a jejich ochranou. Jsou zde vymezena konkrétní práva pacienta především dle zákona o zdravotních službách a občanského zákoníku. Autor práce se zaměřuje především na svobodný a informovaný souhlas pacienta, dříve vyslovené přání, zdravotnickou dokumentaci či negativní reverz.
