Adaptation process of Nurse in charge as a member of team and team cooperation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vedením adaptačního procesu staničních sester a zkušenostmi staničních sester v doposud probíhajícím adaptačním procesu s výkonem jejich funkce. Diplomová práce se skládá z části teoretické a z části výzkumné. Teoretická část je sestavena tak, aby seznamovala s tématy, která jsou klíčová ve výzkumné části. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy management a manažer. Samostatná kapitola pak byla věnována staniční sestře, týmové spolupráci, komunikaci a adaptačnímu procesu. Výzkumná část je věnována kvalitativnímu výzkumu pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkum je zaměřen na kvalitu adaptačního procesu staničních sester a jeho vedení a na zmapování zkušeností, které tyto staniční sestry mají s výkonem jejich povolání. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jaké zkušenosti mají zdravotní sestry ve funkci staniční sestry s adaptačním procesem staničních sester. Dílčími cíli práce je zjistit, jaká je motivace zdravotních sester zastávat vedoucí pozici a co staniční sestry považují na své práci za nejtěžší.

Abstract:

Thesis deals with leadership of process of adaptation of nurses in-charge and experiences of nurses in-charge who are still in process of adaptation. Thesis consits of teoretical part and research part. Teoretical part is edited to introduce key topics of research part. In teoretical part terms management and manager are clarified. Single chapter has been dedicated to nurse in-charge, team work, communication and process of adaptation. Research part is dedicated to qualitative research made of half-structured interview. Research is aimed on quality of process of adaptation of nurses in-charge and to survey experiences of those nurses in-charge. Purpose of this research is to find out what process of adaptation of nurses as leaders have with process of adaptation of nurses in-charge. Partial goals are to find out what motivates nurses to work as leaders and what nurses in-charge consider the hardest part of their job.
