Abstract:

Mašek, Petr (2013). Vliv laterality na herní výkon ve fotbale u dorosteneckých kategorií. Diplomová práce, Masarykova univerzita, Brno, Fakulta sportovních studií, 91 stran. Diplomová práce se zabývá lateralitou ve fotbale, konkrétně jejím vlivem na herní výkon družstva. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaký význam má laterální preference jedné z dolních končetin hráčů pro hru kolektivu. Práce se zabývala touto problematikou v kategorii dorostenců U16 a U17. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní obecné pojmy spojené s lateralitou, její formy, projevy a diagnostiku, poté následuje zaměření na lateralitu ve fotbale. Zmínili jsme i specifika sportovního tréninku mládeže. V praktické části jsme zkoumali vliv laterality v mládežnických družstvech U16 a U17 týmu FC Zbrojovka Brno. Výzkum probíhal ve třech fázích – sběru odpovědí hráčů z ankety, vstupního testování laterální preference na hřišti a analýze videozáznamu vybraných utkání. V závěrečné části uvádíme některé poznatky, které by mohly být užitečné pro fotbalové trenéry.

This thesis deals with laterality in football, in particular with its impact on in-game team performance. The aim was to determine the importance of lateral preference of one of the lower limbs of players on the collective performance. The thesis deals with these issues in youth U16 and U17 category. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts associated with laterality, its forms, demonstrations and diagnostics, followed by a focus on laterality in football. We also mentioned specifics of youth sports training. In the practical part, we examined the effect of laterality in youth U16 and U17 FC Zbrojovka Brno teams. The research was conducted in three stages - collecting responses from players' survey, the initial test of lateral preference on the field and the analysis of selected video-recorded games. In the final section we give some insights that might be useful for football coaches.
