Preparatory exercises in the training of selected exercise shape - handspring

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na průpravná a speciální cvičení v tréninku vybraného cvičebního tvaru, jímž je přemet vpřed. Cílem práce je vybrat vhodná průpravná cvičení a hry v tréninku přemetu vpřed, dílčím cílem je vytvoření didaktické pomůcky (metodické karty). Zásobník průpravných a speciálních cvičení obsahuje fotodokumentaci, která by měla přispět k lepšímu pochopení cvičení a her. Teoretická část se zabývá gymnastikou obecně. Vymezuje pojem gymnastika, popisuje její druhy, historii a slavné gymnasty. Dále pojednává o sportovní gymnastice, akrobatické přípravě, jež je důležitá pro nácvik přemetu vpřed a také popisuje samotný cvičební tvar - přemet vpřed. Praktická část obsahuje vhodný výběr průpravných a speciálních cvičení pro trénink přemetu vpřed. Ke každému cvičení je připojen popis, účel, časová náročnost, potřebné pomůcky a fotografie. Praktická část dále obsahuje didaktickou pomůcku, jimiž jsou metodické karty. Práce je určena trenérům sportovní gymnastiky, cvičitelům a učitelům tělesné výchovy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on preparatory and special exercises in the training of the selected gymnastics exercise form, which is the handspring. The aim of the thesis is to select suitable preparatory exercises and games in the training of handspring, the sub-objective is to create a didactic aid (methodical cards). The stack of preparatory and special exercises contains photo documentation that should contribute to a better understanding of the exercises and games. The theoretical part deals with gymnastics in general. It defines the concept of gymnastics, describes its types, history and famous gymnasts. It also discusses sports gymnastics, acrobatic preparation, which is important for practising the handspring, and describes the exercise form itself - the handspring. The practical part contains a suitable selection of preparatory and special exercises for training the handspring. Each exercise is accompanied by a description, purpose, time required, necessary aids and photographs. The practical part also contains didactic aids, which are methodical cards. The work is intended for sports gymnastics coaches, trainers and physical education teachers.
