Diplomová práce se zabývá hypotečními zástavními listy ve Spojených státech a v České republice. Přináší charakteristiku hypotečních úvěrů a hypotečních zástavních listů jako finančního instrumentu. Dále podrobně analyzuje trhy hypotečních zástavních listů v USA a ČR a metodou komparace ukazuje zásadní rozdíly, kterými se od sebe jednotlivé trhy liší. Abstract:
Thesis focuses on Mortgage-backed securities in the United States and in the Czech Republic. It characterizes mortgages and mortgage-backed securities as a financial instrument. Moreover, this thesis analyzes markets of mortgage-backed securities in the USA and the Czech Republic and shows the most important differences of these two markets.
