Rehabilitation after injury to the extensor apparatus of the hand

Abstract:

Obsahem mé bakalářské práce "Rehabilitace po poranění extenzorového aparátu ruky" jsou různé metody rehabilitace extenzorů po operaci, která byla provedena z důvodu úrazu či degenerativního onemocnění extenzorového aparátu ruky. Cílem této práce je přehledně uspořádat rehabilitační metody, které vedou k nejlepším výsledkům s ohledem na zóny extenzorového aparátu ruky a na různost úrazů či degenerativních onemocnění. Tímto bych chtěla přispět k řešení problematiky rehabilitace po suturách extenzorového aparátu ruky. Ke zpracování této práce jsem v počátku utřídila materiál o anatomii a kineziologii ruky, o dopadu úrazů a degenerativních onemocnění na extenzorový aparát ruky a hojení šlach po operaci ruky. Dále jsem shromáţdila příspěvky týkající se výzkumu v oblasti rehabilitace ruky dlahováním. Poté jsem se zabývala konkrétními rehabilitačními postupy v zónách I-VIII a v zónách T1-T5 a metodami fyzioterapie. V rámci praktické části své práce jsem provedla terapii se dvěma pacientkami jako jejich fyzioterapeutka. Výsledkem této práce je přehledné zpracování metod rehabilitace dle druhů úrazu a degenerativních onemocnění v různých zónách ruky podle kterých si fyzioterapeut můţe dohledat a přizpůsobit nejoptimálnější program rehabilitace pro konkrétního pacienta.

Abstract:

This work deals with rehabilitation after surgical repair of the extensor tendons of the hand. The work is divided into two parts: the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part inccludes four articles concerning with this point, i.e. static and dynamic splinting. The theoretical part includes information regarding to anatomy and kinesiology of the hand, the impact of injures and degenerative deseases upon the extensor and the healing of tendons after the surgical repair. There are also particular rehabilitation processes to zones I-VIII and T1-T5 described in this chapter. The practical part of this work deals with the physiotherapy of two patients after surgical repair of the tendons. The aim of this work is to arrange clearly the rehabilitation processes according to types of injures or degenerative diseases after surgical repair af extensor apparatus in particular zones.
