Práce vymezuje obsah pojmu vícepráce tak, jak je chápán v českém právním řádu ve vztahu ke smlouvě o dílo na stavební práce. S jeho jistou mnohoznačností se vypořádává tím, že rozlišuje tři typy víceprací. Obsahuje rovněž kategorizaci příčin jejich vzniku. Abstract:
The thesis defines the term “additional works” in relation to construction contract for work. It deals with its ambiguity by distinguishing three types of additional works. The thesis also contains a categorization of their causes. It discusses the legal regulation of additional works with focus on contractor’s payment entitlement.
