Segmentation of fluorescently stained cells
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá segmentací struktur, jako je jádro a hybridizační signály, v obrazech fluorescenčně značených buněk. Popisuje principy metod pro segmentaci a zabývá se jejich implementací do systému Acquiarium. Druhá část práce je pak věnována porovnání metod na základě výsledků rozsáhlého vyhodnocení na generovaných testovacích datech s užitím paralelního počítání.
Abstract:
This work deals with the segmentation of cell structures such as a nucleus or a hybridization signals in the images of fluorescently stained cells. It describes segmentation methods and deals with their implementation in the Acquiarium system.
