Analysis of the performance of the company by the BSC method
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací finanční analýzy a metody BSC v podniku VSD-Ládr s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se výkonnosti podniku, dále rozbor finanční analýzy a detailní popis metody Balanced Scorecard. Praktická část obsahuje finanční analýzu a návrh metody Balanced Scorecard ve vybraném podniku VSD-Ládr s.r.o. společně s jejich hodnocením.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the application of financial analysis and BSc methods in VSD-Ládr s.r.o. In the theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the performance of the enterprise, as well as the analysis of financial analysis and a detailed description of the Balanced Scorecard method.
