To what extent has Ukrainian cultural diplomacy influenced the perception of the country and its culture in Germany since 2022?

Abstract:
This thesis aims to characterize Ukrainian cultural diplomacy in Germany, and to understand its effects on the perception of the country and its culture among German public opinion since 2022. It focuses on the strategic objectives, actors and means of cultural diplomacy, as well as the perceptual changes observed in German society on the topic of Ukraine.
