Influence of surface treatment by polyaniline on anticorrosive properties of pigments on the ferrite base zinc, magnesium and calcium

Abstract:

Cílem této disertační práce bylo připravit, laboratorně otestovat a porovnat vlastnosti antikorozních nátěrů samotných pigmentů spinelového typu s pigmenty stejnými, ale povrchově upravenými vrstvičkou polyanilinu fosfátu. Připraveny byly feritové pigmenty s izometrickým a neizometrickým tvarem primárních částic s různými kombinacemi kationů a různými molárními poměry v mřížce. Jedná se o spinely typu 2-3, kde jako dojmocné ionty byly vybrány kationy kovů Ca, Zn a Mg. Výchozími surovinami pro syntézu byly použity uhličitany nebo oxidy přislušných prvků. Část vzniklé směsi byla podrobena povrchové úpravě nanočástic polyanilinu, prováděné za současné polymerace anilinu ve zředěné kyselině fosforečné. Charakterizace pigmentů upravených polyanilinem byly prováděny dostupnými analytickými metodami. Antikorozní vlastnosti připravených pigmentů a nátěrů byly ověřovány řadou laboratorních metod a zrychlených korozních zkoušek v prostředích simulujících klimatické podmínky.

Abstract:

The target of this thesis was prepared, laboratory tested and comparised the properties of the anticorrosive coatings spinel type pigments with the same pigments but surface treated with polyaniline phosphate coated. Prepared were ferrite type pigments with isometric and nonisometric shape of primary particles with various cations combinations and varying molar ratios in the patrice. These compound comprise the spinels of 2-3 type, where as the bivalent ions of metal cations Ca, Zn and Mg were choosed. As initial materials for the synthesis the carbonates or oxides relevant elements were used. The part of created mixture was submited with the surface treatment polyanilines nanoparticles which was synthesized parallel with the aniline polymeryzation in dilluted orthophosphoric acid. The pigments characterization surface treated by polyaniline were analytic methods provided. Anticcorosive properties of the pigments and coatings were verified by laboratory methods and accelerated corrosion tests in climatic condition simulating.
