Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami rozvoje vybraných technik karate. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na podrobný popis nejčastějších technik zkušebního řádu karate, úderových ploch a jejich zranění. Hlavní část se zaměřuje na metody tréninku využívající pomůcky k dosažení větší efektivity a kvality finální techniky.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the development of methods chosen karate techniques. The theoretical part focuses on a detailed description of the most common techniques of karate Examination Regulations, thrusting surfaces and their injuries. The main section focuses on the methods of training using the equipment to achieve greater efficiency and quality of the final art.
