Abstract:
Práce se zabývá ekotoxikologií, její legislativou a testováním ekotoxicity barviva Reactive Yellow 85. V práci jsou popsány základní vlastnosti testovaného barviva, principy ekotoxikologických testů na dafniích a řasách a zhodnocení výsledků toxicity barviva.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with ecotoxicology, its legislation and the ecotoxicity test of Reactive Yellow 85. The thesis describes the basic properties of the tested color, the principles of ecotoxicological tests on daphnia and algae and the evaluation of the toxicity of dye toxicity.
