Abstract:

Práce si klade za cíl návrh a implementaci aplikace, která zautomatizuje proces příjímání faktury a zadávání jejích údajů do firemního účetnictví. Dělá to ve spolupráci s aplikací Datarios, což je produkt digitalizující firemní účetnictví. Tato aplikace implementuje automatické stahování faktur určených k vytěžení, jejich vytěžení pomocí šablon vytvořených pro každý typ faktury a následné nahrání do Datariosu jako objekt faktury obsahující všechny údaje na faktuře.

Abstract:

This thesis aims to design and implement an application that would automatize the process of receiving an invoice and entering its details into a company's accountancy. It does so in cooperation with application Datarios, a product that digitalizes invoicing in a company. This application implements automatic download of invoices assigned for extraction, their extraction thanks to templates created for every type of invoice and subsequent upload to Datarios as an invoice object containing all the invoice details.
