Abstract:

Tato práce se v první části zabývá trestným činem vraždy z trestně-právního hlediska, její skutkovou podstatou a rozdílem mezi vraždou s rozmyslem a vraždou po předchozím uvážení. Nejrozsáhlejší části práce je kapitola zaměřená na sériové vraždy a jejich pachatele. Tato část je spíše psychologického rázu, kapitoly jsou zaměřené primárně na osobnost pachatele, na vybrané prediktory, které osobnost sériového vraha formují, na dělení vrahů podle motivace a součástí práce je také kasuistika. Dále následují dvě kapitoly a to vražda z pohledu kriminologie a z pohledu kriminalistiky.

Abstract:

In the first part, this work deals with the criminal offense of murder from a criminal-law point of view, its factual nature and the difference between murder and deliberate murder. The most extensive part of the work is a chapter dealing with serial murders and their perpetrators. This part is more of a psychological nature, the chapters are primarily focused on the personality of the perpetrator, selected predictors that the personality of the serial killer shapes, the division of the killers according to motivation, and part of the work is also a case study. In addition, there are two chapters, namely murder in terms of criminology and from the point of view of forensic science.
