Comparison of direct measurement of LDL-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol calculation depending on the level of triglycerides
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám stanovením LDL-cholesterolu dvěma metodami, přímým měřením a výpočtem. Cílem mé práce je porovnat tyto dvě metody v závislosti na hladině triglyceridů. Obě metody stanovení LDL-cholesterolu jsem proto sovnávala jak v rozmezí fyziologických, tak i patologických hodnot.
Abstract:
In my thesis I deal with the determination of LDL-cholesterol by two methods, direct measurement and calculation. I intend to compare these two methods, depending on the level of triglycerides. Both methods of LDL-cholesterol, so I compared in the range of physiologic, and pathologic values.
