Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Pompeho chorobu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí Pompeho choroby, příčinou, klinickými projevy, diagnostikou, léčbou a prognózou nemoci. This bachelor's thesis is focused on Pompe disease. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of Pompe disease, the cause of the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease.
