Téma mé bakalářské práce "Informační systémy pro podporu řízení vztahů se zákazníky" je v dnešní době velmi aktuální a neustále se rozvíjí. V první části teoretické kapitoly se věnuji řízení vztahů se zákazníky, síle a hodnotě vztahu se zákazníky a jejich integraci.
