The proposal of standard of nursing care - The nursing care of women with planned cesarean section

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření návrhu standardu ošetřovatelské péče - péče o ženu s plánovaným císařským řezem pro Nemocnici ve Frýdku-Místku, p. o. Teoretická část se zabývá císařským řezem z hlediska historie, frekvence, indikací a kontraindikací ze strany matky i plodu, a rizik, která s sebou tato porodnická operace nese. Zároveň je zde popsána ošetřovatelská péče poskytovaná porodní asistentkou ženě, která císařský řez podstupuje. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje kontrole a hodnocení kvality ve zdravotnictví. Praktická část obsahuje finální verzi standardu ošetřovatelské péče o ženu s císařským řezem. Pilotní verze standardu byla sestavena na základě informací a poznatků z odborné literatury, nejnovějších výzkumů zabývajících se danou tématikou, platných norem a předpisů. Vytvořený návrh standardu byl v několika kopiích odevzdán porodním asistentkám pracujícím na oddělení šestinedělí a porodním sále na gynekologicko-porodnickém oddělení Nemocnice ve Frýdku-Místku, p. o. k připomínkování. Poté se konala schůzka, kde byly tyto připomínky prodiskutovány. Na jejich základě byl vytvořen standard ošetřovatelské péče ve své finální podobě. Tato verze bude předložena Mgr. Jarmile Dostálové, která je náměstkyní pro ošetřovatelství v Nemocnici ve Frýdku-Místku, p. o.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis was to create the proposal of standard of nursing care - nursing care of women with planned caesarean section for Hospital in Frýdek-Místek, p. o. The theoretical part is focused on history, frequency, indications and contraindications on mother´s and baby´s side, and the risks associated with this obstetric surgery. Also there is description of nursing care of women with planned caesarean section. This care is provided by midwifes. The end of the practical part is looking at control and quality assessment in health care. In the practical part, there is the final version of standard of nursing care of women with caesarean section. A pilot version was made on the basis of information from literature, the newest research from this topic, valid norms and standardizations. This proposal was printed in few copies and then they were given for comments. The respondents work on delivery room and maternity hospital in Hospital in Frýdek-Místek, p. o. After that there was a meeting to debating about comments. On the basis of these comments the final version of standard of nursing care was created. This version will be presented to Mgr. Jarmila Dostálová, deputy for nursing care in Hospital in Frýdek-Místek, p. o.
