Evaluation of savings in financial and material resources in the computerization of justice in the chosen court

Abstract:

Tato práce by měla poukázat na postupné zavádění elektronizace v justici. Představí aplikaci ePodatelny, Informačního systému insolvenčního rejstříku, porovná elektronický platební rozkaz a centrální elektronický platební rozkaz, bude se zabývat zavedením datových schránek a zadáváním veřejných zakázek prostřednictvím e-tržiště. Jejím cílem bude zanalyzovat materiální a finanční zdroje a zhodnotit přínosy a omezení zkoumaného procesu.

Abstract:

This work should point to the gradual introduction of computerization in the judiciary. Showcasing the eFiling office application, the information system of the insolvency register, compares the electronic order payment and central electronic order for payment, it will deal with the introduction of the data boxes and public procurement through the e-Marketplace. Its aim will be to analyze the material and financial resources and to evaluate the benefits and limitations of the analysis process.
