Tato práce zabývá se výpočtem povrchu molekuly proteinu pomocí metody redukovaných povrchů. Popisuji metodu alpha-shape pro výpočet povrchu molekuly proteinu.

This work be engaged in computing molecular surface of protein via reduced surface method. Describe alpha-shape method for computing molecular surface of protein.
