Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na teoretický rozbor právních úkonů, na jejich neplatnost a na důsledky při zjištění neplatnosti, teoreticky se zabývá odporovatelností právních úkonů. Bachelor thesis is focused on a theoretical analysis of legal acts, aspects of their invalidity and all consequences ensuing from it. It also deals with the theoretical aspects of the opposability of legal acts.
